Trimble Estimation Remote Working Information

Using a home computer or laptop

Download the latest release from the Trimble Enterprise Community Portal onto the remote system. If this system has never had an Installation of Estimation, then a 14-day trial version will be available. We are extending to a 30-day trial during the current crisis. Please contact Trimble Support to extend your trial license to 30 days.



Save a copy of your Database(s) and Jobs/Estimates that you will need from the office system/server. Use a thumb drive (USB) or shared (cloud) drive when copying so that your home system will be able to access and load.

TransferKey is designed for working remotely, allowing you to transfer your Estimation software license from one computer system to another with ease via a USB flash drive. The check out license function is only available for 15 day per check out session. If interested, please contact your Account Manager.
