Stabicad Electrical Calculations Training Course

Who should attend?

Electrical consultants, designers, engineers, project managers and electrical contractors who wish to quickly perform complex circuit and electrical calculations through the use of Stabicad. The level of training is aimed at new and existing users who have a good understanding of Revit and wish to gain the seamless workflow Stabicad has to offer, while improving their knowledge of the package and utilisation of this very powerful design tool.



Aim of course

During the Stabicad Electrical Calculations training you will learn the necessary steps to ensure the most efficient use of the Stabicad’s electrical calculation module. You will gain a better understanding on the integration of Stabicad within Revit, while the Stabicad integrated calculations help you to avoid errors and doubling up on work with design and calculation, results and output within one single model.



Objectives

Upon completion of the course, the delegate should be able to:

  • Understand the basic Stabicad operations and settings
  • Understand the drawing interface, drawing tools and data entry necessary for calculation according to BS 7671
  • Understand the Stabicad Cable Management System within Revit
  • Elaborate on key information in dialog boxes and data entry
  • Develop user skills by way of worked tutorial examples
